It's probably so cheap because it's stripped. He was parting one out a few months ago, so it's probably just the body or something but that's just my speculation

I don't think it's the owner's manual. You wouldn't say a bookish type item "worked flawlessly".

At first I was thinking it was the body but I suppose it's likely the transmission, as you wouldn't describe the car body as "working flawlessly". But I thought he sold that transmission so who knows

Whatever it is, it's not a complete car. I know because I bought the ECU and complete wiring harness and other items from that car
