Its a parts vehicle as it hasn't been safety or e tested in a year. Most people won't bother buying a car this old and doing the safety + e-test.

Congrats on selling it so fast. I hope I can do the same with mine.

I live in Burlington, Ontario, Canada too and my '92 GXE is ready to go down the exact same road as Eric's. As a 1 shot whole car deal that is.
It has two new Michelin Harmony with 95% tread. See pics in "My Garage"
Two Toyo Spectra with 55% tread. It has a ton of parts less than a year old.
It won't pass safety now only because the rocker panels are almost rusted away.
Driver's side quarter panel is rusted too.
It did pass safety and e-test 10 months ago. Auto tranny runs solid because I've been draining and adding trans fluid every 10,000kms.
Have all service records, including regular oil changes with Valvoline Maxlife. AC even works (new condensor).
New windshield, battery, exhaust Y-pipe/downpipes, flex joint and catalytic convertor 6 months ago. New rotors and ceramic pads at all 4 corners installed and rebuilt rear calipers all done together at Speedy brakes a year ago.
Just flushed coolant and re-filled, trans fluid and Maxlife oil change in March.
All fuel injectors are perfect because I never used other than 0% ethanol premium fuel from Shell. Has NGK Platinum plugs
and new gas tank cap installed 1 year ago to pass e-test then.
New front left ball joint and Tridon brand top quality wipers in March.
Every single system in the car works except for drivers side power window! This is as good as a parts car gets. Silver paint/black cloth interior (no rips nostains). Dash has no cracks.
Car as described - $500.00 cash only. - I'll deliver it for free not more than 35 kms away and take my plates with me after ownership sign over.

Now here's the juicy part.... In 2005 I had a custom designed $2,200.00 sound system professionaly installed at Radioactive in Burlington. Installation fee was extra.
Top shelf Alpine head, Pioneer, Clarion, JL, Kicker, Koss and Infinity parts- multiple dedicated amps. Designed for quality music reproduction as heard in the mixing studio during original recording. As musicians heard it and played it, not a one note bass boom ground shaker.
Have the head manual and even the original box. I have the original Bose head and speakers that I will throw in too.
I could remove the sound system if all you need is Max parts. If you want it left in the price becomes $1,500.00.
If your interested, hurry because I need the parking spot and it will go to the government recycling program soon. PM me for more info.

If your good with welding and bodywork, that's all it really needs. It will pass all government tests. It could be good to go for a couple more years.
I'll miss this car and the sound system too.

Hey Moderator - I read the rules about the 15 posts, but this section has only 8 posts all month. This post is obviously not spam. Gimme a break and maybe save this Max from the wrecker. Thank you for your consideration.

Hmm - turns out with the "no new posts from new peeps" that the forum is useless for somebody who has a good parts car to make available to the regulars here.
My Max will hit the junkyard in 2 days and it's got loads of great parts that nobody here is interested in. OK. See ya all. I'm a movin' on to Toyota. Good luck with your Maximas. Great Cars until they stopped makin it with independent rears suspension!

The tow truck took her away today.
I didn't see it go.
Fortunately I turned around and it was gone.
It was a great car that I took good care of and it payed me back.
I got everything she had to offer and then some.

It was the rusted rocker panels that spelt her death.
The reamining unibody was a flexing all over the place.
So get yours treated before its too late.
The body shops don't really/ can't really fix that suff. One guy quoted 3 to 4G for rocker panels and rear quarters.
He just didnt want to do it but for 4G uh ya maybe he will - lmao.

Good luck with your Maximas. See ya'll
