Are you talking about the rubber/foam things along the length of the door on the outside? Have you spoke with a paint/body shop....I'd imagine they can get those new aftermarket, paint and install for relatively cheap. Not sure anyone keeps them once they fall off.

Personally, I like the look of the doors without the strips.
