Changing a fuel injector, some help needed!

Hey I found out that one of my fuel injectors are dead, it reads an open circuit. I copied the instructions out of a service manual and now I'm just waiting for the part. I need to know two things:
1. Which injector i need?
I went to a parts store and they told me that there are several, which one do I need? I have a VE30de Maxima and its one of the injectors in front of the engine.

2. Question about the process. It says to set the fuel pressure to zero, this makes sense but the next step is to drain the coolant. Is this nessesary? Can someone tell me the exact steps they took when they took out one of their injectors in their VE?
Thanx alot.

go to nissan. give them your VIN number, they will order you the correct part. the nissan dealer was actually 30 bucks cheaper than autozone and advanced. plus you know you'll get the right injector. have fun pulling it out of the rail too. if it's a front injector it shouldn't be too bad, if it's a rear, it's gonna suck. you have to pull the plenum. i had to do that if u do that, make sure to get a new intake manifold gasket.
