Buying a used transmision is risky. It's like paying $300-400 for it, then couple months later it can crap out on you and then you just lost the money you paid for it.

phoeixhardparts.com seem to be good, for a little extra money you have the security of knowing your bought a transmission with a warranty, from a company that does seem to be kinda good. Yes, i work for them, gimie my commission. j/k.

This time make sure you get a transmission cooler.

since we're on tha transmission subject....recently, sumtimes when i back my car up and then put it into drive and press tha gas, my car revs up just slightly (say about 2200-2500 rpms) and then the wheels turn...sumtimes i screech my tires when it does this....does this mean my transmission is about to die???
