Ahh CRAP!

Introducing the moron of the week award winner for the week
of July 14th. Me last night I wrecked my Max . Dang
I really loved that car she had 203,500 miles on her but still
had plenty of life left in her. I looked away for just a second
and that was all it took to smack a prelude in the rear. Well
at least I took out a honda . I am very sore now but other
wise ok but my Max is dead and is now a donor for whatever
Max I buy next. R.I.P. Gold Goblin.

I'm glad you're OK enough to write on the board! Same thing happened to me. Check out my site for my dismantled car pics.

Ow. Sorry to hear that but at least you still with us. Same thing happened to me. Smacked into the rear of a brand new pickup checkin out some girl. Doh. Wrecked the car but luckily it was only a Dodge 600. Didn't like that car anywho. =)
Word of advice. Talk to the Prosecutor, (plead not guilty and ask to talk to him/her.) about getting the charge dropped to "Obstructing traffic". It's not a moving violation and will save you insurance surcharges. You'll wind up paying about $130 in a fine and court fees.

Good luck,
Rungi

89GXE,
Dude I went through the same crap when I crashed my Max and get this I totaled a Honda as well but it was an Accord. Check my Homepage and u'll c the pix of the wrecked Honda and my car. Luckily that lady's insurance payed for the damages of my ride Now it looks like I never got the car wrecked. It looks like new again But glad that your ok buddy.

Maxima_Van_Wa,
I noticed ur pix of ur maxima being wrecked as well and to tell u the truth if I had the money I would buy ur wrecked max and just take it to my friends dad's bodyshop and he'll fix it. I know that ur wrecked max is fixable.

Sorry to hear that too! I too just totalled my previous car (a Galant) which is why I got my current Maxima. I was cut off by a riced-out Honda, and took out a traffic light! Most of the damage is at the bottom, though, which makes it expensive to repair, as the frame is bent. So it's considered totalled, even though the body isn't too badly damaged.

Death to the Prelude!
