Power Windows not workng question

I pulled off the battery to the car, while I was dismantling it, engine, and interior. I then put a new battery in so that I could roll down the windows, and remove the windows and regulators. Well now with all of the armrest plates hooked up to their repective plugs, the windows will no roll down. Also, the door locks will not work. When I press the lock button, they will all go down, but then pop right back up again. Do I possibly need to reset something since I disconnected the battery?

I'm sure you probably have already made sure of this...But just check to make sure the harnesses are plugged in ALL the way as far as they can go. I had somewhat of the same problem after I Peal&Sealed my driver's side door...Just the rear left window wouldn't go down, and I could lock, but not unlock my doors...Took it back apart, and it turned out I just haden't plugged one of the harnesses back in...Who Knows...Worth a shot.

The only situation where the locks pop back up on me is when the ignition is on and the door is open, thus making it difficult to lock your keys in the car while the car is running. Sorry, no help here, but good luck

The locks worked when I got into the car, and shut the doors. But the windows still did nothing. I unplugged all the windows, and plugged them back in, and nothing. I then switched the back 2 armrest pieces, just in case I swapped them in taking them out but that had no effect. I looked on the fuse panel for the interior, and didn't see the windows listed. Which fuse could it be?

All fuses are listed on my how-to page and what they control, lots more detailed info than the fuse cover panel lists

DUH. Why I didn't look there first is beyond me. I have used the invaluable info on your site numerous times, and I would like to thank you again for keeping up the good work.
