This is for anybody who first got a rear sway bar and later added a front. After adding the front bar did the car have more tendency to understeer, I have the rear now and kinda like the little bit of oversteer I have.

with the stock alloys and tyre size the front sway will make the car turn in better with a little more 'push' at speed than with just the rear fitted. I only noticed this as more tyre noise and not a noticable understeer.

I initially had springs/Whiteline rear bar fitted and was impressed with the rear bar's improvement. Then I had the Whiteline front bar, Koni's and camber kit fitted and was completely blown away with how well these cars can handle.

I vote get the front bar.

When I bought my suspension tech kit, I installed the rear bar first and went for a drive.. I could tell a difference, but nothing astounding.

then I installed the front bar.. DAAAMN! woohoo!! made a huge difference!!

you want numbers?
my top safe speed around a curve by my house was 75-80mph when completely stock.
with sus tech sways, it was 85.
after all my mods (see sig file), I can now take the same corner easily over 100. I have never gone above 95 because I don't have the ***** or money to fix my car if I screw up, (there's a curb around the edge, then a big ditch.. if I screw up, the car is totalled)
but there is NO tire squeal at 95. in all other cases, tire squeal starts at about 90% of the limits of the car.. so if you add these together, you should be able to easily hit 100+ around that corner.

as far as the under/oversteer, I only notice understeer at low speeds when the engine has enough power to break the tires loose at 30-35 around corners. anything above about 40mph, the car will drift slightly but if you let off the gas just a little, it will immediately get back in line and go exactly where you point it.

at higher speeds, you can start into a corner and if you let off the gas, the rear will start to come around, but get back on the gas and it lines up again.. that's typical with almost any other FWD car I've driven..

hope that helped.
