omg, those are so awesome! I was wondering when you would finally break down and buy rims

Are those the sidemarkers off an e46?

1st of all, looks GREAT!
2ND. Did you need to use spacers?
3rd. What kind of clearance from the front calipers do you have?

Danks

OK...

First of all, I'm SOOOO JEALOUS!!! I've been wanting those wheels since I first saw them on the IS-300. They look awesome!!! Where'd you get them and how much did they run you? Did they fit right on, or did you have to get an adapter or something. Please let me know. Now that I see they'll fit the Max, I'm going to get them.

How much of a wheelgap do you have right now? Like in terms of fingers.I took this pic right after the springs were installed so I know it has some time to settle. Right now, I've got a two finger gap all around.

I believe they are 17x7 and the offset is 50mm. He probably had the centerbores machined to accept the larger Nissan 66.1mm size. I'm gonna say some type of spacer was required. Probably a 10mm

Hmmm, if they are 17x7, then I bet he didn't even need a spacer for the front. But yeah, with a 50, then one is needed on the rear for sure.

I might have a pair 32mm adaptors for sale soon if anyone wants them....

Only spacers on the rear...

The clearance on the front calipers is VERY close.

The center was bored out to 66.1 and i had to do a few other little custom modifications to make them fit perfectly

I am very happy with the way it looks, the polished was the way to go. My car is a tad lower now but rides the same if not smoother.

Wheel gap? There is no wheel gap

nope, getting new adaptors. The guy who sold these to me lied about the size. So I'm getting smaller ones, and then I'm going to try and get my money back....

if not, they go on sale.

Looks great, does anyone know of aftermarket rims that look similar to the IS 300's without the price and modifications, Possibly even 18's.
