maximum HP possible from N/A 3rd Gen
I've got some money saved, and it's time to invest it in a little fun. after having an ACT clutch installed and repairing my tranny, i'd like to put in:
JWT POP charger or Cold Air Intake
Random Tech. Hi-Flow Cat
(brand name??) Cat-back exhaust
Unorthadox racing underdrive pulley
I'm wondering if anyone has estimates as to what kind of power that setup would make at the crank or the wheels. if i missed something that would help performance, please post it.
handling to be taken care of by:
17" Konig Rims
Kuhmo Tires
FSTB
RSB
Eibach Pro Kit and Tok's
Sub frame connectors
thanks for reading.

DAMN BOIIIII!!!
I think if you plan to do ALL those performance mods you'll DEFINITELY need a HUGE wing to handle all the downforce when you're going at 30-50MPH!!!!
hehe..i'm just kidding with you...those mods don't really add power (the ECU does perhaps though)..they release power...if you want power you'd have to actually do work on the negine.
I'd say the exhaust with hi-flow cat will add 6 HP, CAI would add 2-3, maybe 1.

Wow.. it's the standard mod list of every newbie.. tell ya what.. why don't you dyno the car, bolt ALLLL those part on, then dyno it again so everyone will have a definitive source for that information. help out the Max community a bit.

Yeah, you should do what Matt said....
I say this because I did the same thing he is telling you to do, and here are my results:
180 hp
190 lb/ft tq
1/4 mile: 14.6@94.6mph (VTCs Disabled on that run, which is -12 HP on the dyno)
Mind you my VTCs were (are) failing and my top end in general is not in the best condition. But you get the idea. of ocurse your engine will likely be different, and you will likely have different brans of parts than I do, so you really should do it yourself share the results with the rest of us.

How do you disable the VTCs? If this got you more power, then I wanna know about it!

I believe that the MAXimum amount of HP you can get outta of any car depends upon how much money you have to fork out. HP isn't free or cheap. If you put the stickers that the manufacturers of your upgrades give you on your car your HP increase will double. Oh, wait, that only works on Honduhs.
