Greasy interior windows

Please help. I have a 1993 Nissan Maxima GXE with black leather seating. I just moved to LA 2 years ago and now my ALL my interior windows (including windshield) are coated with this greasy, grimy, shiny crud that will come off but returns 2-3 days later. Is it the heat/leather seats, something in the air system, the weather that's doing this? And what do you recommend to remove it more effectively?

Thanks!

I know

on a hot day with no tints my leather conditioner ends up on the insides of windows, or it could be your heater core , pray that its not.

Heater core going would fog the windows up, and you'd taste it on your lips when you drive... It could be the leather seats, the **** in the air, or, if you smoke (cigs or pot) or have sex in the car, it'll do that too...

I think it's from the seats- my leather does the same. 20/20 window cleaner from eagle 1 works really well to clean it. I don't know how you wash your windows, but I used to use windex on them in the sun and that would leave a pretty bad residue as well.
