3rd Gen exclusive performance electronics
K-Systems Engineering, a newly started electronics business, is testing and possibly going to start multi-prototype or limited run production on a performance control unit for third gen maximas (only) with the following functions possible:
o2 Sensor re-calibration
timing/fuel advance through coolant temperature signal manipulation
auto transmission shift resistor re-calibration- (allowing anything from old-lady shift to transmission death shift)
Manual VTC control- advance sooner, or just stop the damn ticking...
If you think we could get enough people interested in this little box of sensor-tweaks, let me know... (jkarl@ksystemsengineering.com)
I'm also currently building and advertising a basic SSM for manipulating your sensors...
maybe I'll run a poll here on maxima.org.... but still email me with any ideas/comments please...
and of course, there will be a maxima.org discount.
