Tranny Click

I have a really strange click that seems to be coming from my tranny. I'll explain what it sounds like. You know when you get in the car and you start it up and put your foot on the brake. It makes the click noise to release the transission lock. Well as i am driving down the road it makes that clicking noise. i don't know if any of you 3rd Genners. have experienced this or not. If you have any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I used the search function and found nothing on this subject. So don't say use the search function.

the problem with asking questions here is that everyone has had your problem but they all solved it differently

I'm not saying thats bad tho.

I had an irritating click for a long time and it turned out to be a cotter pin in my drivers side front wheel that was loosening.

Couldn't hurt to check.
