Carbon Fiber

I like it!... I put the carbon fiber over a `93 SE's guage cluster I went to remove it about two months later, no such luck!... the adhesive compound on the carbon fiber pulled the paint off the gauge cluster face. I put it back on to hide the blemishes. When I installed it I really thoght that it would come off easily. Let this be a lesson,,, everything should be considered permanent.

if you really want a dash kit i really suggest going w/ this kit. I've seen plenty of CF kits before but never the real deal. It's amazing how much different it is looks wise and quality wise in comparison to the vinyl wannabe CF kits...

Chris! there you go again! How am I supposed to catch up now? haha j/k I have the gauge cluster peice, but not the rest of the dash. I was thinking about getting the dash kit from the guy advertising it in the NE forum. Oh yeah I noticed you did the 92-94 center piece swap like I did in my VG. Looks real nice bro!

I still love this dash though...
ahh the memories...

I was just looking at the edashkit.com kits, and all I can say is... WOW!!! They cover everything! I'd probably get the blue CF to match all the other blue stuff in my car. But that price has to denote that the quality might not be up to par.

I like the dash kit. It looks really nice. I always wanted to know how a CF kit would look like. I always thought leaving it stock would look better than putting a dash kit. Edashkits looks good also. I gotta think about this

its ironic because Im always the one who says you get what you pay for, but ill gett some samples sent to me and Ill leave um out in the sun and see what happens. he also said he would give us a group price if we got like 5 orders

Oh well, HECK!!! I might be on that! I noticed that the prices were different based on which type of kit (burlwood, aluminum, CF, etc..) you get. Will the GD price be even across the board, or will it be based on what the price is now for each style??

(now you've opened up a can of worms...)

I would assume he would just give us a %10(just an ex.) discount and it would apply to whatever price your kit was.

To paint, or to stick?

I also want to see the quality of the kit from edashkits.com. I really want to do something with my interior, but I dont know if I want to do the custom paint again like my old car. With the paint, it will just cost me my time and it will most likely come out looking better than it did in my old car, but then again I might want to try something differemt. What do you guys think??

i just checked it out...their kits are synthetic meaning it's not the real stuff. those are the same kits that are being sold on ebay.

Wow Chris that looks great.

Me's gonna do that when I get some other stuff taken care of first. I have the CF gauge bezel though and will soon have a CF hood! Err, actually I'm still holding to my original statement of FI being ghey. Watch, it'll be November. November I tell ya...
