how to fix small dent on driver's door

Some freaking teenager kicked on my driver side door and left a small dent. Paint is still intact.

Do you know any tool that can be used to suck the panel out? how did you deal with this kind of small dent?

toilet plungers sometimes work if its not too tough
if its smaller than that theres this little suction cup thing that pulls dents out too, but it cant be creased or anything like that

I think I saw an infomercial on TV selling a device precisely for this kind of problem. Though whether it actually works or not is anyone's guess. Can't trust those infomercials too much!
