Well, the Mustangs guys call it an H-pipe... I think. The Civic guys call it a downpipe. Some other people call it a F-pipe. Maxima people call it a Y-pipe. If you are talking the pipe that connects the exhaust flanges to the cat, then you're talking about the Y-pipe. www.warpspeedperformance.com is considered the best for our Maximas.
If you are talking about the pipe that connects the Cat to the muffler, then $140 is about right... it might be a little on the expensive side. You go in and they bend you a 2.5" B-pipe. But, if they are going to make you a $140 Y-pipe.... well, they won't cause it's a lot of work. A custom bent B-pipe is fine. Many people do it.
If you do a search for "B-pipe", "Bpipe", "catback", you will find a lot of stuff. Also, do a search on "Y-pipe", "pipe", you will find a lot. Later.
