alignment bushings

recently i was at goodyear gettin the tranny fluid flushed...i wanted to get an alignment also since tha car was pullin to the right....well the guy told me that i needed some bushings replaced in order for the alignment to be effective and if i didn't get the bushings that it would be a waste of time in gettin the alignment...what i want to know is what are these bushings called (he couldn't tell me except for they were bushings) and can i replace them myself or would it be better for them to do it...price was $75 for the bushings, don't remember if that included labor or not!!!

well

could that they are talking about the control arm bushings and the price is just for labor and a fair price I mite add for the work that has to be done but after they are in you will fell like its a diffrent car.The cost of the bushings is live 30 bucks per side at the dealer here in dallas .a few sugestions :get both sides done case if one is bad the other is on its way out 2 get a alinement right after this is done cause if you think its off now wait till they replace the bushings 3 make sure you get both the front and back bushings at the dealer.
