No VE bashing whatsoever.

Is that maroon VE they're talking about the one that Craig had pics of with the polished valve cover?

Also I dunno kinda seems like some VE bashing to me. Simple stuff like...

"I'm sure they werent all out racing" and "The VQ guys were just playing with him" and "It's quick but not that quick" blah blah.

Anyways, nice to see that some VQ guys somewhat respect a VE with bolt-ons.

yeah, that's the one "dragxima" on here, but he never posts

Ivolley is always sticking up for VEs. Someday he'll get rid of his VQ and get a real maxima I dont really race with the rest of the SE guys around here so I dont know how my car would compare with the 4th and 5th gens around here.

I drove the maroon VE and it is pretty fast; it's probably a little bit quicker than mine.

Yeah seemed like he's the only one that would just flat out admit that the VE was quick without some sort of disclaimer. lol

Over a year ago I raced a bunch of 4th gens from a local group. I beat just about all of them, and they had pop chargers.

I know the 4th gens are fast, I dont think my ride is fast (at least not yet). The 4th gen guys dont wanna listen to me when I tell them there is a technical service bulliten for there ignition coils, and that they should replace ALL of them. I guess its their loss.

The guy, Jesse, that raced them sounded like he only had some of the bolt-ons. I'd really like to see a highly modded (all bolt-ons, a few internals) VE go up against them. I bet it would be bad enough that there is no way they could doubt the VE power! I hate it when owners of newer models of a car look down on older versions.
