I would'nt... most high-heat engine enamels contain ceramics, which make them very hard, if you paint a soft plastic, you'll get chipping right away, HOWEVER... if you bought a simple Krylon High Temp radiator paint or summin, it will work fine. what interior stuff do you need to paint?

spray paint works excellent on most things, if its pourous just sand it down a bit first. Spray some finish on it after too.
