What if any is the mechanical and cosmetic difference between a 92SE and 94SE? Could not find any previous post on this question.
I have a 92SE 5spd. really happy with it but will buy a 94SE 5spd. if I can find one.

 

none as far as I'm aware of.

 

94 comes standard with air bag, 92 had it as an option

92 has R12 air conditioning (more expensive to recharge), 94 has R134 (cheaper and more enviro-friendly, but some say not as effective)

 

Also, I don't know if this is true or not but I've heard that there are like 14 o2 sensors on the 93-94.

Only found 1 when I installed my y-pipe.

 

One is plenty. Unless you have a 95-up. They had (still have?) three I think.
