Unless you can actually look at it and have it inspected by a mechanic, there is no way any of us could accurately tell you what the 'ballpark price' is. Even the state you're in affects the price.

Look at kbb.com, edmunds.com, nadaguides.com, etc. for price estimates.

If I had to GUESS, I would wager anywhere from $2,500-$3,000. Again, theres a million factors.

You want to check the title for any Odometer rollbacks or a salvage title. I know a lot of those are going around. Sometimes you get a better deal though. My 93 SE 5spd had 116k on it, in decent condition and I got it for $2200 becuase it has a theft title. The theft title reduces the value of the car, but if you plan on keeping it for a while, then you have nothing to worry about. But find out its service records and any more info you can.

I'll have to do a title check and see if this car is worth the asking price. I'll also check into those stolen/recov cars. Any good places for those cars? DaboxSE, ur max looks good. I like the scenic pics

Sometimes junkyard or insurance companies will tell you where to find salvage dealers. I found mine in an Auto Hunter magazine. Thanks for the compliments on the max. You were probably looking at the pictures of my old Maxima. It was totalled in an accident back in June. And the scenic pics are my favorite of that car.
