What brand tint do you guys recommend? I'm looking for either 5% or 5% mirror tint. and I am planning on doing it myself.

tinting...

I don't know about brands I just paid somebody to do it for me. Has anyone in here done it themselves? i just see a lot of people who messed it up and decided not to even try it.

I did my old caddy myself, and it turned out 85% good. last night my friend and i tinted his 85 corolla. its not that hard to do it yourself. just cut it right and a heat gun works good on bubbles. around here shops do a crappy job so i figure might as well save 300 bucks and do it yourself.

I tried to tint the windows in my Civic. The side two were all good for about 99% of the window and then there is a **** thingy so you can pop the window out (like in a van if you know what I am talking about). I could not cut it right so there were huge bubbles on both sides. I ended up taking it off. Watch out when you do your back window so you dont cut your defroster wires. When I get my Max I am just going to pay someone to do it.
