Does anyone know of an adjustment or modification that can increase the effect of turning the steering wheel?
(I don't know the correct term; I mean, so that you can turn the steering wheel less but achieve the same movement of the front wheels).

 

changing the number of turns lock to lock. you could do this, but it probably wouldn't be worth it.
