when im driving and have my steroe kind of low, i hear this whinding noise from my speakers. does ne one else have this problem, if so how can i fix it.

It's either one of two things:
1) A bad ground in either your head unit or an amp (If you have a system or the stock Bose)
or
2) You bought a cheap head unit that doesn't fully conform to FCC regs and has poor shielding.

So either
1) Fix the grounds
or
2) Buy a better head unit
