This is kinda dope. Yah, I took apart my 1st car Engine. It was a 92' Engine block SE. Took it apart Bolt by Bolt. It's kinda cool. I was never interested in any other type car let alone Nissan's (No offense pleaze - lol). I was only interested in Ford's (B nice). Now that I did this I am WAY more interested now. It's my friendz Engine block (O & he helped 2 but I basically did like 75 percent of the work). But 2 b totally honest, it's still not done. Like, I'm guessing, therez still 80 to 90 percent of it left 2 dismantle. So many interesting parts r inside. But anywho I just had 2 get that out of my "Ford abidding" body (lol). Thanx 4 reading my "excitment."

P.S. Your welcome "1FasMax"

I have a few Detroit and Cummings diesel at work you can try

You haven't seen a piston until you pull one of these puppies out. Congrats on your first eng dismantal, are you planning on putting it back together?

My first engine dismantle was a 5.0 ford motor out of a 87' T-bird. I rebuilt it, put it back together, and it was ready to throw a rod within 3 weeks. But eh...i was 15 i didnt know that much

How far did you take it down?? One thing about the VE that's different than other engines is if you took off the heads, I hope you marked everything to line up the timing chains, lower sprokets and upper exhaust cam and intake(VTC) cam sprockets. Once you take the chain off the cam WILL move! Ask me how I know! Good luck!
