Hows the Adjustable Shortshifters...

hows does the adjustble shortshifter for our cars feel?? Particularily the one sold from southwestautoworks. Any negatives.....or positives??

I assume it's the Pacesetter Adjustable one?

You can place the ball on the shifter anywhere you want. It just screws up or down on the shifter and that's how it changes the throw height.

So, you can have it on stock height/throw, or you can have it all the way as short a throw as it'll go.

It doesnt really feel any different, just changes the distance of the throw. (I have mine just slightly shorter than stock).

how low can you actually go on these things. i put mine to where the threads end at the top of the ball (all of the way up top) can it go any higher to where it's being held on by a few threads then tighten it down with the little screw or would that not me safe?
