Front passenger door won't lock

I am having a problem with the front passenger door not locking with all of the other doors. When I press the lock button all of the doors lock except that one. On the other hand after I lock it by hand, and press the unlock button it works. It unlocks but wont lock. Has anyone else had this problem, how did you fix it?
