Wheel balance?

I keep getting this vibration going on when i go over 75 and it stops at like 90. I was wondering if i need new wheels, cause 3 onths ago i had to plug one of my wheels in the back cause it had a nail in it. Does anyone know where i could get a good deal on either wheels it self or with rims.

It sounds like all you really need is to get your wheels balanced, and maybe get an alignment. Les Schwab or Sears are great palces for both, they might even do the balancing for free. If not it's still cheap. And alignments are like $40-60.
