well, over Xmas break i'm gonna break down and do it. The max is getting a new clutch. ahhhhh, pain in my butt! anyway, since i'm at it, i went and got an OEM kit complete with new pressure plate, throw out bearing, and disc. thing is, i'm gonna have my flywheel machined and i was wondering, while i was at it, should i have it shaved for weight? ok a few questions on those who have done this. 1. this is my daily driver, will it lose driveability?
2. what negative effects does it have?
3. what performance effects does it have?
4. How much did it cost?
5. Is it worth the money.
6. How long do most machine shops take it for.

I want to have it done in say a day or two at most cause i need my car. the race car is in pieces so i can't drive that, so i just wanna get this overwith. If it comes down to it, i'm gonna just have it resurfaced, and not worry bout the shave, but if it's all the same. . . . anyway, i'd appreciate your input.
