My windshield wipers converted them selves into non working wipers. so in other words they broke. they dont go all the way down and they will only move about an inch if you turn on the switch, and every now and then when I'm driving they twitch. have any of you guys experienced this?

 

well they fixed themselves, its not like you guys would respond anyways.
