Taking off Door Panel

Is there any trick to getting the panel off? I got the two screws out of the top right corner and the screw out of the handle. I cant seem to get the door lever off the actual door. Any help?

Thanks...

I fixed my automatic driver side window a few weeks ago. I saw what jim90gxe provide the link. It is a complete procedure. I regret I did not see this when i tried to fix my one, it took me several hours to fix it out.

speaking of door panels... anyone know how to take off and put back on the leather/carpet panel on the door (its the piece behind the vertical handle, above the door opening handle)... mine is kinda falling out of place

You know I also had trouble to put that thing back as its original. We have other three reference doors. Compred with the good one, then put it back.
Good luck.
