Lowering / RimZ

i was thinkin bout lowering my 89 max and getting some 18's or 19's, probably 19's. should i lower it first or get the rims first?

lower it first...car will look like a 4x4 with big rims and no lowering springs

If you can only do one or the other right now, get the springs and or shocks...then the rims.
