I have a '91 GXE and the front passenger power window does down fine, but is slow to go up. This is worse in cold weather and at times the relay fails to engage the motor. I warm weather, the window goes up slow, but it works. Any suggestions? I doubt it's the regulator - I'm thinking the motor or relay? Thanks

 

I gots the same problem. I dont know why it does that to mine, i just take it with a grain of salt.
