exhaust leak

I took my car to the machanic yesterday. He said that I had a ripped CV boot and a exhaust leak. Does anyone know what is the most common leak on the 94 maximas. A how screwed i'm going to be when i have to get it fixed.

THANKS

Yup, probably the studs. I just had my rear-side studs redone. My dad's a heavy equipment mech and didn't want to touch it, so he sent me to a friend of his. $240 with the gasket and everything, out the door. Is it on the front of the engine or the rear? The front is an easier fix. There is a lot of info here on this topic.
