Has anyone removed this with something with good results? Reason i ask is because someone who owned the car before me looks like they took their fingernail to each letter and screwed them up so it looks bad . My main objective is not screwing up the plastic behind the stickers...any ideas?

 

Just peel it off! It's that simple! I've done it on both my maximas and it turned out fine.

 

use a hobby heat gun or hair dryer.
blow the hot air on the letters. start from an edge. as the letter softens, slowly peel it off while you're still blowing the hot air over the letter. do for each letter.

don't put the heat gun or dryer to close. you don't want to damage/discolor the plastic trunk piece the letters are on.

stupid *** stickers huh? who ever heard of putting on a sticker for a logo, has anyone replace the sticker with real stand out silver maxima letters like on the 4th gen, Id love to have that done, I hate the black with red lites, I like the red better on the newer ones, it looks like an ugly *** beretta!

I haven't swapped with flyry yet. He's supposed to call me sometime during Xmas break. I'd like to have my MAXIMA emblem but it's still on my old max which is gone.
