where does my head temp sensor plug in?
Hey guys I have a question about my head temperature sensor on my 91 max auto. I just finished rebuilding my engine and it is now in the car. Everything is hooked up except for the head temp sensor that is right behind the timing belt. Can anybody tell me where the hell this thing goes and what wiring harness it plugs into. can sombody look on there 91 max and tell me where theres is at. and input would be helpfull. However I did already start my engine and it seems to run great without it. I dont have any rear exhaust y pipe though and I have one more week until my new y-pipe and CAI comes from warpspeed performance, so its loud as hell. Another wire I dont know where it plugs in, is the wire that is bundled with the altenator wires. It has a grey plug in with two prongs. Is this the wire that goes to my head temp sensor? I guess I am missing the wire that runs from the one on the altenator wires to the head temp sensor because it will not reach and I need some kind of extension. Is this where they plug in or not? Also what can I expect from running the car anyway without the head temp sensor, if I have to wait to get a wiring harness for it? Pleas help...
