Can BOSE headunit be used in regular Active System Maxima?

Can BOSE headunit be used in regular Active System Maxima?
My gf's other Maxima is a '91 GXE with the regular Active Speakers, however, the buttons are coming apart. Can I reuse her Bose headunit into this car w/o problems?
