doing the water pump soon....

what else should i change while i'm down there. timing belt, thremostat, water pump. someone mentioned lower main seal but its not listed in the FSM. the parts store has a crankshaft and camshaft seals. FSM has front oil seal and camshafe oil seal, which is which and what do i need to make it stop leaking oil? the FSm for the front oil seal says to remove the crankshaft sprocket, take out the oil pump and then change the seal. ugh what a project.
