this is getting ridicules

Ok, this is really p***ing me off. for the past 4 months my car has been stalling on me and dieing some times, well today it got real bad i was driving and my car just died, without warning or anything, then i couldn't get it started at first. it took me about a min. to get it started back up. also sometimes it will die when it is idling for a long time. it seems to stall when i am accelerating the most. another thing that is happening is it seems to have a power problem, what is happening is if the car is just idling and i turn on the lights or roll down the window the rpm's drop from around 700-800 rpm's to 400-500 rpm's then jumps back up, i don't know if these are linked but it might help to narrow things down. if you guys have any idea what this could be will you please help me!!! Thanks
