Any suggestions? (please help)

My problem is that my Hella FF50 foglights have started to cause my taillight fuse to blow. Whenever i turn on my foglights, after about a minute my taillight fuse blows. I did not use any of the stock foglight wiring (i.e. i used the Hella wires and relay). Any one who has any clue what might be goin on please help me out.

You said you used all of the fuses/wiring that came with the kit?? That doesn't make sense how the two could be connected. Try moving the fuse closer to the battery...

Yup, I would think that the fuse on the foglight's wiring harness (the wiring that comes with the kit) would blow long before anything else! Did you bypass this fuse or something?

Yea i know. The two are completely independent, the only common feature is the battery. But twice i blew the fuse only when i had my foglights on. I haven't used my foglights for a week or two and the taillight fuse has not blown. I am curious what you (nismo1989) meant by "try moving the fuse closer to the battery." the foglight fuse is on the relay hella supplied, do you mean physically move it closer to the battery?

I meant to have a shorter distance of wire between the fuse and the battery. Are you sure something isn't shorting out on to the frame or body of the car?? This happened to me with my HIDs and every time I would turn on my lights the car would die and the battery would be drained instantly...
