Tranny problems

Shifting into gears it is very stiff and feels like the gearbox is not lined up or clutch isnt disengadging.
ACT Clutch installed 6K ago with
Short shifter
slave cylinder
throw out bearing
resurfaced flywheel
seals
Last time i blew my clutch it was the throw out bearing, it got real hard to shift then then broke and lost all pressure. Think its on its way out again? Ill admit i beat the **** out of it somtimes. Im going to check fluid tommorow but it should be fine i use Redline. Anything i can check or try to adjust before i go waste money at a mechanic?
