17" Tires Sizes

Okay, I just bought some 17" wheels, and I'd like to hear everyone's opinion on tire sizes. I searched but I'd like some live opinions.

Thanks,
Jayson

I also have 225/45/17. I like the look and the width. Just personal preference though...

i have 17x7.5 wheels, and i have 225/45/17s... i like the way they look and the ride is pretty good... but ive kinda gotten the idea i should have 235/... instead of 225. any opinions on that?

I dont have 17" rims but i have 16" rims and i have 225/50/16 and with the 225 i have a problem in the rear with the tire rubbing the strut container and in the front i have a problem when making a sharp right/left turn with the tire rubbing the inside wheel well. Why does it do this? do you guys have the same problem? Im getting 17"s this christmas and i want to put 225/40/17 on but was going to go with 215/40/17 to be safe.

Is your offset correct? I am going to 16's soon and want to be sure there is zero rubbing
