I know its auto but its a VE so i'm happy with it

At the bottom of the page is the work i have to do to it.

That's weird - I've never seen an Aussie max with that grille. Maybe the grille was replaced because of an accident (or just preference) with the US style one.

and like Matt mentioned, you have a VG30E engine

nice car, now get some of those mods going

All the max's i see here in australia have a different grille compared to mine. I like the grille anyways so i have no plans to change it

don't worry modding soon

Nice fresh canvas, now get modding.

The grille is likely to be from an import J-spec car being dismantled at a local wrecking yard which is happening alot lately, but its been sprayed because I've only ever seen 'em black with chrome before. No 3rd Gen VE's or 5/Spd's in Oz, only VG/Autos!

Tip: Fitting a trans cooler would be a slightly boring but very smart first mod with summer approaching.

How would you go about fitting in a trans cooler?

Ahhh summer time to wind down the windows and sun roof and enjoy the sun... then get sunburnt...

I think I'll just leave the windows up...

Pictures have been updated!!!

I've updated the piccies section with now HIGH Res pictures... No thumbnails but there are links...

The engine bay can now be clearly seen and also the glossy paint (its not bad for a 12 year old car... more glossier than the other near new car i have)...

I'll post up shots of the interior later today if i have time.

Hey chavez, welcome!!! Nice car, have a RHD myself. From NZ, we should catch up more on here. When you find out how much a tranny cooler is, let me know. I will buy it from there than NZ. Check out my site, I have done more since those pic were taken. I will post new pics as soon as I get back to NZ. Once again, welcome & nice car

The tranny cooler costs around $AU70 - $AU150 here. Basically what it does it cools the Transmission.

I was at Autobarn down here and thats how I found out the price for the Tranny cooler.

I don't really need it at the moment because the weather here hasn't been all that great yet.
