Quick Warpspeed Performance question.....

I was thinking about replacing the whole exhaust system as I am still stock and I am noticing alot of rusting on the pipes(plus I want a little more performance) and I was thinking about doing the whole Y-Pipe, HF Cat, Muffler deal they have. The question is, "Will I still need some more custom piping to go between the Y-Pipe and the Cat and between the Cat and the Muffler?" I haven't really looked at the exhaust that closely and was just wondering.... Anyone done this?

The y-pipe connects to the catalytic converter, and there is what's called a b-pipe that runs from the cat back to the muffler, and warpspeed sells the b-pipe.

Is the B-Pipe clamped on both sides or does it have to be welded? Just want to know if I gotta make a run to midas(just for the welds, that is)

Don't know about whether the b-pipe is welded or clamped, but if you go to www.warpspeedperformance.com they should have prices for the b-pipe.

the b pipe has a flange on the cat end of it, and they usually clamp or weld the other end onto the muffler. when you call to order it, ask them which they do, and if they'll let you specify, then just do the clamped one so you can do the whole job in your driveway.
