acceleration problems

acceleration problems

okay this is my prob im having................

I'll be driving my car at say 80 km/h for say 4 mins then i come to a full stop my car wont accelerate it will be reving at say 1500 rpm then when i hit the gas it drops to 400 rpm and it chugs.....but if i hit it into OD it goes fine until i let off the gas and want to accelerate at a normal speed it drops down to low rpm and no acceleration. but if i let it rest for say 20 mins its okay..................


this is not constent it does it like 4 times a week

my car is a 1993 maxima GXE i only use 91 octain gas in it and i have a K&N 6" cone filter thats it...........

any feed back on this would kick ***

tons of us have or have had this problem, including myself.
i've put up with it for 4 months now.
but this week my car is going into the shop for a harcore diagnostics test. hopefully it'll be cured.
i'll post some results later on this week.

same old!

i was told it might be the ignition wires?

my car suffers from similar symptoms..but in my case i believe its the 02 sensor.
