Which spark plug to get?

I need to decide on a spark plug.. I want better performance, but at a reasonable cost. The iridiums are 11.99 a peice, so thats too much. They NGK platinum spark plugs are 5.00, but it'll take a month for checkers to get it -a special order item. They have bosch(I think that's how it's spelt) platinum for 1.99, or some other branmd double platinum for the same price. What should I get to get the best performance? Is there another brand/type I should look at? I don't want to spend more than $5 for each spark plug-

Get them at the dealer. Get a price from Courtesy Nissan, and then compare it to your local dealer. They should almost match the price.

Unless you have built up your motor significantly, you will not notice any gains from a spark plug. If you are running a relatively stock car, with a few bolt on's, just go with the stock plugs. You arent going to feel any difference between plugs.

definately get the oem ngk plugs. before i swapped out my old ones when i bought my se i found bosh platinums and it was mis firing like crazy. spent about 66 for mine i guess i got hooked up don't know but they made a world of difference. even if you have a vg get the plugs made for your car trust me ngk is quality...and it will be a lot cheaper if you have a vg also. peace

I just changed out the Bosch for NGK's trying to solve a stall problem after a 1000 miles I believe the BOSCH +4 are a more forgiving plug in my 92 SE anyway.
