light question

light question

i want to change the lights that are on the door and the dome light too. does anybody know the model# they are and where can i get really bright ones?

those on the door: 158

and as for the brightness i dunno where u can get some bright ones. by bright do u mean white? i just use standard replacement bulbs on mine.

yea i want white ones. i don't know much about brands for car products so i don't know what's good and what's not. does anybody know where i can get the lights?

Any bulb you put in is going to be the same wattage. There is no miracle bulb that will be brighter although some companies might try and tell you that. Just go to Autozone or Discount auto and buy some GE bulbs in the part numbers FosgateFan has listed.

is the dome light number same as the maplight number?

I believe they are. Like MaxSE91 said, all the bulb uses the same wattage. some companies such as APC makes their glass on the bulb blue, so when lit it gives off a white light. the output is still the same, even tho they may seem brighter.
