How do I take off the plastic wheel well?

How do I take off the plastic wheel well?
Thats thing right beside the wheel, that's made of plastic, How do I take it off? Is it just as simple as removing the two screws and 2 plastic screws? I need to put in My oversized air filter into the fender, and it's to big to fit through the top.

So how many are there? the battery is out of my car right now, so I can't remove the wheel, becuase the car is on the driveway. Is there any place with more detailed instructions? Do you have to remove to mud flaps first? Is there more then just the outer screws?
