One More Problem To The List. HELP!!!
Well like many of us, I have the problem with my car shuddering on me.
Although mine ***$ up on schedule. Everytime I start my car, whether the engine is warmed up or not. the car will start shuddering on me. It never stalls but the rpms will drop down to 2000 and bounce around back and forth between 8000 and 2000 when i give the car gas. It never screws up once it has been started up for 5 minutes or so. I can drive it around with no problems what so ever. So far I've replaced the spark plugs, fuel filter and air filter. I've had diagnostics run on the car and no problems were discovered by my mechanic. luckily he did it for free. I think I'm gonna gradually just replace each component associated with this common problem on our rides.
BUT I DO HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION!
Since the whether in Toronto has gotten extremely cold lately, I've noticed this terrible squealing that comes from one of the belts (i presume) that occurs when the car has just been started or when I'm driving and the car is still quite cold.
*Does anyone have an idea what this is* and *why it occurs* and *how it can be fixed*. It's so god damn embarrassing.
Please don't just send me to the search function...there's too much god damn BS in the archives.
THANX FOR ANY HELP THAT YOU CAN OFFER ME.

yo, my rpms jump too. but from like 2000 to 500. One of my spark plugs was dead. I got that fixed and it stopped. BUT - the mechanic said the INJECTOR HARNESSES needed to be replaced. so ask about that. here in the states they're like $25 each...not too bad $150 total. (for all 6) if that helps you at all,
