Anybody here with any tips or experience with removing a windshield from a 3rd gen for salvage? My windshield has a crack in it and I can get one for free from someone from the org but I'm not sure how to remove it, any advice?

 

use the knife or the wire to cut it out. suction cups and carefully lift off. clean glue and reinstall to new car.

if you don't know how to do it...best left to a pro. you might end up cracking the good piece too.
